Lilymade Return Policy

We want you to love your Lilymade purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
We only accept returns for:

• Items that are damaged.

• Items that are incorrect.

To start a return, please email us at: lilymadeuk@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging. This includes all accessories and tags. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lilymade is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
